About the Business
At Acme Roofing, we use both traditional and modern roofing methods. EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer). Our rubber roofs are highly durable and reliable, and are highly suited to commercial and residential buildings with flat roofs. We only use the best quality felts which are produced by Icopal. We use new two layer felt systems and traditional three layer systems. We can install cold or warm roof installations to current building regulations. Clay is a natural material which can be used for hand made, or machine made plain tiles. It can also be used for interlocking larger tiles such as pan tiles or the belgium/french courtrai. More mordern versions are available such as SANDTOFTS 20/20 which can be laid to lower pitches. Clay is not only pleasing to the eye but is a sustainable product and whose appearance improves with age and weathering. The long life span of GRP out performs virtually every other flat roofing system.
