Roofing services are predominantly: slating, tiling, and associated leadworks. Including general roof repairs. Our service is concentrated on traditional roofing where our many years of experience excel.
Having a scaffold division, and general building skills in brickwork and carpentry, allows Apex to undertake works with all skill resources in-house. This allows continuity on refurbishment works minimising downtime waiting for other trades. Also allowing such refurbishment works to be easily undertaken.
Experienced surveyors quickly identify customer requirements from site visits or drawings, providing detail quotations with associated Risk and Method statements. Estimates raised mainly from site visits, but a fast quote can be compiled from fax / email, drawings , PDFs, also pictures and sketches. Scaffold operatives are all directly employed, hold CISRS cards, have full PPE and SG4 harness training. (employee average of 10 years employment with Apex).
