New roof installs are a speciality at ER Roofing specialists ltd from installing new roof joists and trusses to the tiling or slating we have it covered. we offer a team of carpenters with many years of experience to assist in all carpentry works. Reinforcing old timber work or installing new our carpenters are well trained and qualified with the references to prove.

From start to finish you will be provided detailed pictures and day to day emailed updates of progress. your roof first will be stripped of the old roof covering and all rubbish will be cleared from site using certificated rubbish clearance companies.

We will then inspect all roof joists for dry rot and damage if we feel that the roof joists require extra strenthing you will be informed and this will be carried out by our carpenters. your roof will then be warapped in a breathable membrane fixed with suitable staples. depending on what roof covering you will be using we will install the correct battens fixed with 65mm galvanised nails. we will discuss with you prior to the work what tile or slate you require and the price difference and what guarantees we offer.

we will then install the tile/slate. All lead work will then be installed using code 4 lead flashings and code 5 for the valleys. we will then install ridge tiles using a dry ridge system to meet current building regulations.
