About the Business
Over the years we have been instrumental in improving safety within the roofing sector and our commitment has not diminished. This commitment is evident in our head office and fabrication facility as well as our sites, from senior management to the operative on the tools, safety is of uppermost importance. Though working with the BSI we have gained accreditation to OHSAS 18001, the process enables us to develop, implement, monitor and review our processes to a high standard. We encourage feedback at every level and believe this is crucial to the continuous improvement process.
We also believe consultation with employees is paramount in developing working solutions. Safety is continually monitored by our experienced managers with audits from our safety manager, supported by external consultants from Northern Counties Safety Group as well as the BSI. Our commitment also extends to membership of The British Safety Council, Teesside Construction Safety Group and the Northern Roof Training Group.
