About the Business
The Company today is run by Alastair Rhind M.D., who is the fifth generation of his family to head the business. Alastair trained as an engineer with BP before returning to take the lead from his father. Alastair's fellow director Les Robertson is a Chartered Surveyor who has many years experience working in the North East.
The company employs approximately 20 site staff ranging from our longest serving employee of 51 years standing to our youngest apprentice of 16 years of age. We aim to pass on the traditional skills to future generations.
