The water based, micro porous acrylic coating creates a waterproof barrier which remains breathable, allowing the roof structure and tiles to be protected year after year. ISO seal also helps to reduce your energy bills.
The roof is coated in a water based micro porous compound called Greentherm. When dry, ISO seal forms a ‘Gortex jacket’ like shield over the roof. This allows the roof to breathe, but stops water penetrating the tiles and causing excessive damage.
The ISO seal thermal Coating is hard wearing and will not flake, peel or blister over time. It is flexible and moves with the natural movement of the roof, and is UV stable, providing a durable covering that doesn’t change the character or texture of the roof. Plus it can save energy and money on your utility bills. The pointing and verges of the roof are also coated, saving money on future maintenance, while your gutters stay free of moss, sand and aggregates.
