Sam arrived at the times agreed and worked very hard to achieve the standard I wanted and did not seem rushed or flustered when I made specific requests. He worked cleanly and cheerfully and said he liked doing lead work on older properties. His quote was in line with others and was reasonable given the amount of time and materials involved. I hope to employ Sam to do further work for me in the future.
